Due to the nature of the special occasion business, there are no refunds, returns or exchanges on any of our merchandise. This final sale policy is consistent with the industry standard for bridal and special occasion apparel. All sales are final. This is also the same policy as in our retail store.
After your order is processed, you will receive a Purchase Order email confirming the details of your order. Afterwards, within 24-72 business hours you will be notified of the estimated ship date of your order. If for some reason the item you order is not available before your wear date, you will be notified and given the option to cancel your order at no charge.
